Depending on where you are
located, Arden can design an on-site support system to suit
your needs.
In countries with Arden offices, we can offer on-site support
with our own staff. Wherever this is not possible, we have
identified partner firms (chosen for their high standards
and competitive pricing) to act as your on-call, on-site,
support team. In the latter scenario, we will remotely manage
all services performed by the partner firm and regularly review
their work to ensure that you are fairly charged and well
supported. A partner firm receives all information necessary
to maintain a project directly from the Arden office, leaving
no room for mis-communications.
Arden's goal for on-site support is to provide connectivity
between your systems and Arden's. Once this has been
accomplished, Arden can continue support remotely and so keep
your costs to a minimum. |
