3. What qualifications are required for an applicant for
an Arden Systems position?
- Our chief qualification for every potential Arden candidate
is a keen willingness to learn along with a hands-on attitude.
We value candidates who have shown a history of applying
learned knowledge to new situations - of thinking on their
feet and out of the box.
- For Junior Level Positions at Arden, we consider a
candidate's work experience to date (one year or less
is sufficient), a college transcript and the candidate's
subsequent performance on Arden's entrance examination.
- For Experienced/Upper Level Positions, we will consider
the qualifications appropriate to the specific post(s).
4. What is an on-the-job training? Who conducts it?
Arden has a team of qualified professionals in-house,
as well as guest faculties and consultants, all of whom
are highly experienced in their fields and conduct training/seminars
